TERMS & CONDITIONS
All products must be paid in full for prior to order. Full payment is required prior at the point of booking for all non school photography sessions.
All rates are subject to change at any time.
Payments can be made using Visa, Maestro or Master Card. All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
The sizes of the prints are in inches. For school photography, images will be printed in black and white if they appear as such on the private web gallery. Images will be printed in colour if they appear as such on the private web gallery. Providing your screen is calibrated correctly prints will be produced just as they appear on the gallery.
For school photography only. After placing an order, Florence Finburgh Photography will email you acknowledging receipt of your order. An order reference number will be emailed to you. Orders can only be processed if they have been paid in full.
For non school photography. Orders must be emailed to email@example.com
For school photography, prints will be delivered to school at no extra cost. Florence Finburgh Photography aims to dispatch the orders within 28 days of the deadline date shown on the gallery and on the instruction form.
For non school photography orders will be delivered to the client's chosen address. Florence Finburgh Photography aims to dispatch the orders within 4 to weeks of the order date. Delivery costs vary from £15-£25.
It is not possible to claim a refund or to return the order if you have made an error so please make sure you are ordering the right image. Refunds will not be given due to not liking a photo or selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Florence Finburgh Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
For prints and for any products offered by Florence Finburgh Photography there are no refunds/returns or exchanges unless:
A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received. Damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received). In the event the order was erroneously processed such as an error made on the size of the book or colour/style etc., compared to the original recorded order.
You have 24hours to cancel your order from the time you made payment. A full refund will be made without additional charge.
If a client cancels a photo session booked with Florence Finburgh Photography, a new shoot must be completed within the following 8 weeks. Exception can be made if Florence Finburgh Photography is unavailable. If a client does not complete the cancelled photo session within 8 weeks of the cancelled shoot date, Florence Finburgh Photography shall be entitled to retain the entire amount already paid and no portion shall be refunded.
For school photography only. There will be a late fee charge of £ 8.99 + postage added to orders placed after the deadline.
Credit Card information
Florence Finburgh Photography does not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.
For school photography, the pricing of the print packages will be displayed on each private web gallery.
For non school photography, Florence Finburgh Photography will provide her full price list to her client prior to booking.
Florence Finburgh Photography will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information Florence Finburgh Photography gathers may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.
Florence Finburgh Photography retains the copyright on all photographs – they may not be copied, scanned, published or reproduced without her written permission.
